hen we say yummy…. we mean yummy. It’s our absolute favorite, and we can’t wait to go back. Authentic Mexican cuisine, the vegetable burrito comes with black beans, Mexican rice, cheese, sour cream, guacamole, Pico de gallo, lettuce, and salsa. We opted for the spinach instead of the broccoli and carrots that normally comes with it. At just under $9, it’s a great deal for a 12-inch burrito that could probably feed two adults easily. Mexico Lindo is BYO, and has a very casual atmosphere. The restaurant is located on Burnt Tavern Road, just by the Parkway North entrance. It’s closed on Sunday and Monday.
