Dead’s Mars Hotel to be Played in Full at New Year’s Eve Show

Splintered Sunlight, one of the area’s leading Dead cover bands, has agreed to play ‘From the Mars Hotel in its entirety at the New Year’s eve show at the Stone Pony Saturday night. Unlike Splintered Sunlight’s traditional shows with playlists that change with each show, much like the Dead’s style, the band will play Mars Hotel, which includes ‘China Doll,’ Scarlet Begonias’ and ‘Ship of Fools.’ Read more in the
