Make Healthy, Frozen Snacks at Home

It’s incredibly easy to use — just take an ripe banana and freeze it for 24 hours, then pop it into the Yonanas maker. Add in more frozen fruit like blueberries, and some dark chocolate or nuts, and enjoy! It makes for an inexpensive treat.
