Hula Hoop with Hoopella

Get fit, have fun and laugh more. This is the M.O. of Kimber Rose, a certified hoop fitness and hoopdance instructor, and founder of Hoopella. She’s on a path to help everyone gain the benefits of hula-hooping, including strengthening the core, improving posture and balance, while burning  300+ calories in 30 minutes!

Group and private classes are offered. Consider hosting a party. With 5 or more guests, you’ll receive prizes and discounts.

Visit Rose at the Asbury Park Boardwalk every Tuesday and Saturday for a drum circle, from 6 – 10pm. It’s just south of Madam Marie’s and Convention Hall. (map)
